The M&R QUATRO CUTTER X™ Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Film Cutter is a versatile cutting system compatible with the M&R QUATRO™ DTF Transfer Printing System. The QUATRO CUTTER X is designed to automate PET film cutting after transfers are printed and cured on a QUATRO DTF printer. It supports one piece flow for a Just-in-Time production solution. The QUATRO CUTTER X uses a rotary wheel blade for cutting along the X-Axis of PET film at a speed of up to 90 linear feet per hour. It also features an optic reflective sensor for crop mark detection and linear cutting. A color touchscreen control panel allows users easy setup of cutting commands.

Qwik-Klean™ automates the highly labor-intensive, tedious process of cleaning squeegee holders and floodbars. Qwik-Klean achieves outstanding results through the combination of a high-volume spray and a rotating squeegee/floodbar holder assembly all within a single chamber. The addition of a final freshwater rinse eliminates the need for post-cycle washing and the possibility of squeegee degradation from chemical exposure. Qwik-Klean helps shops maintain a clean, safer operating environment by eliminating direct employee exposure to the cleaning process, while also reducing environmental impact and lowering operating costs by recirculating the cleaning chemicals. Qwik-Klean handles a 20" maximum-length, M&R-type squeegee/floodbar, and can process 24 pieces per cycle. With three cycles per hour under optimal conditions, the Qwik-Klean averages 72 pieces cleaned per hour with adequate ink scraping before cleaning.

ReSource™ Star Eclipse® D270 is a 7.6 oz 100% GRS-certified recycled polyester, soft blockout material with a black back. It has a soft hand and slight stretch for easy installation. ReSource™ Star Eclipse® D270 is ideal for tradeshow graphics and backdrops, retail environments, or similar indoor applications where light-blocking is required. It is available in 126" & 196" widths and print compatible with dye-sublimation transfer/direct and UV inks.
