StrataFlex Thermal Pre-Laminations are METPET flexible packaging pre-lams that enable thermal converters to optimize their workflow by reverse printing on a print web prior to thermal lamination. They consist of an EVA adhesive layer, a PET and METPET core, and a heat-sealable PE layer. While both products in the StrataFlex line possess oxygen and moisture barrier properties due to their METPET core, they are available in white or silver to accommodate different graphic designs.
SAATI Textil PHU-HR is a high resolution, all-purpose solvent and water-resistant emulsion for textile printing applications. Even as a ready use product, it can withstand thousands of prints with discharge inks without catalysts, additives or mixing. The performance with fine detail and halftone printing on textiles is exemplary.
