The VK300D-HS UV-LED flatbed gives Print Service Providers a solution to produce high quality print at remarkable speeds. The VK300D-HS comes equipped with industrial Kyocera printheads that deliver print dots as small as 4 picoliters ensuring tight dot placement for great quality and fine text capabilities on virtually any substrate up to 4” thick. A dual recirculation system with an agitator in the main ink tank on the VK300D-HS, as well as recirculation from the main tank to the sub tank on the carriage ensuring easy start-up and the ability to print white on demand. With ink formulations for various output characteristics, the VK300D-HS offers superior adhesion to digital grade substrates as well as certain non-digital grade materials.

The VK3220T-HS UV-LED flatbed from Vanguard Digital sets a new standard for print production throughput. Utilizing up to three rows of Kyocera printheads, print speeds can reach over 3,800 square feet/hour. With a 4 picoliter drop size and an electromagnetic carriage drive system for precise drop placement, along with channel configurations to suite any business needs, the VK3220T-HS surpasses all customers' and clients' print quality demands. Built for production, this printer is also equipped with pneumatic registration pins, vacuum zones to match production needs, and easy access for serviceability - all to reduce setup time and increase uptime for maximum productivity. With a larger print bed at 126" x 80" (3.2 x 2 meter) and remarkable print speeds, The VK3220T-HS gives Print Service Providers the power to grow their business.

The Vanguard VR5D-E is the all-in-one printer with an entry-level investment. Equipped with 2 Ricoh Gen 5 Dual Channel printheads and a standard 50”x100” print surface with 4 vacuum zones, the VR5D-E is the perfect printer to enter the flatbed printing market for producing print on rigid or sheeted flexible substrates. The VR5D-E utilizes many of the same features as our high-end printers, including fully adjustable liquid-cooled UV-LED curing lamps to produce the widest array of applications. With the ability to print on materials up to 4” thick, along with optional white or varnish channels, application potential is expanded even further.
