The POLARIS™ is an industrial high-speed direct-to-garment (DTG) printing system capable of producing up to 250 different full-color prints per hour. The onboard pretreatment solution—coupled with dedicated heat press and flash cure stations—streamline DTG production on a fast-indexing, chain-driven pallet arm array. Two separate, dedicated digital print stations apply White and CMYK inks smoothly and quickly. The rapid print speed, accented by the high fidelity and color fastness of the printed inks, allows the Polaris to produce vivid DTG garments without compromising quality.

The TS330 Series fabric and textile printer uses Sb411/Sb410 (Fluo) dye sublimation inks. It is a high grade industrial sublimation printing solution with an expanded fluorescent color range (including fluorescent pink and yellow). Additionally, it allows for unmatched productivity regardless of printing volume, with an impressive printing speed of 1,453 sq ft. per hour.

This sublimation transfer inkjet printer provides superior image quality and employs Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology (MWDT). MWDT adapts to various printing conditions by changing ink drop placement order, allowing more consistent quality and leading to reduced downtime. To help reduce operating costs, an optional 10kg bulk ink system.

A dual recirculation system with an agitator in the main ink tank on the VK300D-HS, as well as recirculation from the main tank to the sub tank on the carriage ensuring easy start-up and the ability to print white on demand. With ink formulations for various output characteristics, the VK300D-HS offer superior adhesion to digital grade substrates as well as certain non-digital grade materials.

The VK3220T-HS UV-LED flatbed from Vanguard Digital sets a new standard for print production throughput. Utilizing up to three rows of Kyocera printheads, print speeds can reach over 3,800 square feet/hour.
