The versatile VKH900-HS UV-LED hybrid printer combines the award-winning VK300D-HS flatbed printer with the capabilities of the VKR3200-HS roll-to-roll printer, equipping Print Service Providers with the flexibility needed to remain competitive. Maximizing the key features of each platform, we achieved astonishing speed and clarity, utilizing Kyocera printheads, on either rigid or roll substrates. The VKH900-HS is a field expandable platform allowing up to 15 Kyocera printheads, in a 3-row configuration (3 each CMYKW). With a versatile print zone of 2.5m (98”), the VKH900-HS is designed to accommodate industry standard rolls up to 98” wide and flat media up to 2.5” thick and 10 lbs./square foot, allowing PSPs to serve the widest array of clients and brands.

The VKR3200-HS UV-LED roll-to-roll printer is designed for easy operation and impressive print speeds to produce flexible graphics. The VKR3200-HS is field expandable up to two rows of heads for a total of 8 and supports CMYK plus optional white. This robust 126” roll-to-roll printer is powered by the Kyocera printhead which has an astonishing 2,656 nozzles and is capable of jetting 4, 8 & 12 picoliter drop sizes so you can achieve near continuous tone quality and overall stunning print quality. The VKR3200-HS also comes standard with water cooled LED curing lamps, dual-roll printing capability and an ink-catch for mesh banner, window film and other porous materials.

The Vanguard VR5D-E UV-LED flatbed helps Print Service Providers serve customers and can help build a client base to grow their business. The VR5D-E can be equipped with up to 8 Ricoh Gen 5 printheads in 2 rows, as well as optional white and varnish channels to expand application potential. With the ability to print up to 20 4’ x 8’ boards per hour, the VR5D-E gives PSPs the capacity needed to grow their wide format print business. All Vanguard printers are field upgradable to maximize their production potential, while minimizing downtime and production interruptions, allowing the printer to grow at the same pace as the business.

The Vanguard VR5D-E is the all-in-one printer with an entry-level investment. Equipped with 2 Ricoh Gen 5 Dual Channel printheads and a standard 50”x100” print surface with 4 vacuum zones, the VR5D-E is the perfect printer to enter the flatbed printing market for producing print on rigid or sheeted flexible substrates. The VR5D-E utilizes many of the same features as our high-end printers, including fully adjustable liquid-cooled UV-LED curing lamps to produce the widest array of applications. With the ability to print on materials up to 4” thick, along with optional white or varnish channels, application potential is expanded even further.

The Vanguard VR6D-HS is the perfect flatbed printing solution for Print Service Providers looking to expand their printing process to include a flatbed to produce print on rigid materials or to increase capacity to better serve their customers. The printheads have been upgraded to Ricoh Gen 6 printheads, as well as incorporating the electromagnetic carriage drive system from our award-winning VK300D-HS for an unbeatable combination of speed and precise drop placement for great print quality. The 50”x100” table surface is divided into 4 vacuum zones, and the fully adjustable UV-LED curing lamps maximize the substrate and application possibility to better serve clients and brands.

The VR6D-HS UV-LED flatbed with white ink gives Print Service Providers the tool needed to print on clear and colored substrates, as well as create special effects. Using an optimized ink set to ensure the daily maintenance is minimal. The white ink configured in the VR6D-HS uses a dual recirculation system with an agitator in the main ink tank, as well as recirculation from the main tank to the sub tank on the carriage. The recirculation and agitator systems onboard help ensure proper ink jetting, allowing PSPs to print white on demand without worry. Superior adhesion to digital grade substrates is a hallmark of the white ink, as well.
